There being no objection, it was so ordered. HB 37 was again before the House in third reading. Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that HB 37 be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Guttenberg and Gruenberg: Page 1, line 1, following "Day" (title amendment): Insert "; and providing for an effective date" 2007-01-31 House Journal Page 0140 Page 1, following line 11: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c)." Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered and the new title follows: HOUSE BILL NO. 37(efd add) "An Act establishing the first Saturday of every March as Susan Butcher Day; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HB 37(efd add) pass the House?"
